  • This review is specifically about the "my rewards" center. I loved this particular casino which is why I drive out of my way to come. However, today I did not have my players card and simply needed a reprint. I waited in line and watched while they serviced 4+ so called VIP members who all arrived after I did. I was second in line with my mother who was in a wheelchair and watched them continue to take the other line. I understand VIP gets special treatment but really you should alternate lines. Just because I'm not VIP doesn't mean I am second rate. Anyways, after they helped the fifth VIP guest before me I walked right out. I will no longer be visiting this location.
