This place is stellar. We've been here a couple of times and stopped in today while running errands in the Strip. Like always, there were numerous people eating and then experiencing food nirvana--you know, when your eyes flutter and roll in the back of your head, and you can't speak for a solid minute because your taste buds are break dancing. Nirvana.
We got the Chanchito, the Ribeye with the casa salad, a steak empanada and the fungus side dish. We ate it at the store and I collected all of the little dips that they offer. The ajo sauce (just pure garlic goodness) was hands down my favorite. They had another sauce, a red color, that was pureed sweet red peppers, which was equally amazing.
The atmosphere was really positive also. The owner is usually at the front of the house, making sure that everyone is having a pleasant time and continually shouts out positive affirmations.
All in all, the food is spectacular and it was an awesome time! Definitely will be back!!
