My experience here left me disillusioned and feeling like a second class citizen. When I walked in, I waited for someone to get me a table. I was ignored. I waited 10 minutes. I start searching for someone to help me. Finally found someone.
I was abruptly asked "for here or to go" and was told to go grab my own menu, of which I had a lot of trouble finding in this messy place. I sat myself since nobody bothered seating me.
I ordered veggie biriyani and a mango lassi to go. I waited. And waited. And waited. No one made eye contact with me or acknowledged me. No one tried to assure me that I wasn't forgotten or tried to keep me happy with my mango lassie or at least a glass of water.
Approximately 30 minutes later, I caught eye contact with someone flagged him down. He came up to me and told me that my food would be out shortly. Perhaps he picked up on my frustration.
Food came out, after waiting even longer. I was given a ridiculous excuse as to what happened, which I will not even bother to mention. I paid and took my food home. I was unhappy with the veggie biriyani. The menu stated that it has fragrant saffron and other spices. I did not taste or smell a trace of saffron. It was dry and bland. To top it off, there were a couple of pieces of chicken in my VEGETARIAN rice. I am never coming back again.
