  • PLEASE READ & SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.", STRESS, & YOUR MONEY. don't trust this place! I don't know why they say they wrap cars because they don't. they used my car as a lab rat. Probably the first car they wrapped. You could see my original color all over and worst part they tried using sharpie to cover the original color thinking I wouldn't notice. They messed up my seat belts most likely from messing with the sensors & admitted that they lost a screw for my window & doesn't roll up correctly they said they will buy it and fix it. To this day I'm still missing a screw and I'm pretty much driving with no seatbelts 2 months later. The wrap is falling apart literally the next day. drove 10 mins from shop & my window pillar flew off since it was a little windy... I see that they broke the clips to secure the window pillar & tried double side taping it back to my car. my front emblem is lose so I went to look at it & what do you know it's double side taped onto my car. They broke a piece of my tail light & the film on my lights are all bubbled. nothing was done correctly & idk if they thought I was a girl & wouldn't notice but come on.... don't say you're qualified to do a job when you're not. I definitely got my money worth. piece of crap job. owner said he will contact he will fix my car not to worry & two months later I haven't heard from him. Have tried calling over and over & nothing supposedly he's in the hospital, another location, etc. all his workers try to play off like they're the owner. I'm making appointments thinking with the owner when it's really just some employee. everyone at this shop including the owner are very unprofessional. One of the guys said I had a certain amount of money in the car when I went to go check up on the work. I couldn't find it where he said... they were busy didn't want to bother them. came to pick up my car when they said it was "done" found the money right in front when it wasn't there when I first checked & my real $100 bill was replaced with a fake bill. This place is a joke! My car is literally falling apart. Pieces broken & lots of loose parts. Still call the Owner & he's avoiding me. Didn't want to have to go this route but I've been patient and nice for too long. My car is brand new. Barely a year old this may. I'm so sad they did this to my car and don't give a f. a law suit will be coming their way.
