  • My family booked 2 SUVs online, expecting it would be a fast pick up: yet the process was VERY SLOW, took 50+ minutes, and I've been watching the staff typing and re-typing repeatedly. The staff was impatient and quite rude during the process. I had a great experience with Enterprise before, should have just stayed with that. Never booking from Avis again.
