  • We found Ryan Vega on Craigslist. We viewed 3 of his homes he had for rent. We were approved for one then decided to wait a week for a house in Summerlin he had opening up. Once we saw the house they told us a day or 2 to process. 3 days went by and they let us know they didn't have all of the paperwork needed from us. After 2 more days of dealing with him and Josephine not returning calls because they are "in meetings all day everyday" but they were still processing they sent us an email saying we were not approved. We had our heart set on renting this home and after dealing with them for 2 weeks, we expected better than an email.
