  • I'm a terribly picky wearer of glasses. When I get one good pair I wear them so long I completely forget how to buy glasses again when the time comes. I think I popped in this New Look about 3-4 times. "Just to make sure", "checkin' again!", "I don't think I saw those last time!". I am that annoying customer. And yet they have the most patient and understanding employees. Really welcoming, professional employees. Such a pleasure. I was mostly helped by Gabrielle, but I confess I sorta brought everybody out at one point because "I need different opinions". Gah! Their selection is immense, and when I went, they had some serious promotions going on. The prices are reasonable and match whatever frames you like, I didn't feel there was a huge markup on high-end brands for exemple. They do offer some fancy lenses and those can be pricy.
