So my 6 week phone is not holding a charge - even with a Mophie. I am told by MATT that it is not the mophie it is the phone. He tells me i have to get a new phone but not a NEW PHONE a new used phone because mine is pass the 14 day return policy. I get new phone and take in today. Sean assists me and I tell him the situation. Hmmmmmm - yes the mophie works, yes your phone will charge with it you just need to turn it on. Now why wouldn't MATT have told be that and saved me hours of time???? Thinking maybe, just maybe Verizon should train better or MATT should pay attention better. Thanks for YOUR HELP SEAN! Lame.
