so i went to see the day manager and he explained it was a big misunderstanding and that i could have a refund on my credit card because the whole reservation was cancelled so why pay for no service i was a very nice man and the women that was on the phone to me just stood back in shock because she throught i wouldnt get my money like i say go to the top manager and you get the service its not about her its about custmer service so im glad everything worked out because im happy that the main thing
