This afternoon I arrived at the Camelback office to exchange my old car for the new Mazda. I was greeted with great service and told that my car would be ready in about 15 minutes.... BOY WERE THEY WRONG! I did not leave this office until 4 hours later. They kept me waiting for my car all day and would change their story every time I asked about my car. First it was that there were three new guys working on my detailing, then it was that Kevin lost his phone and wasn't able to get the paper work on time. There was never an answer for why it took them 4 hours to detail a car that was already supposed to be detailed and ready by the time I got there. I am disgusted with their service and I would NEVER recommend anyone to get a car here. STEP UP YOUR GAME.
