I signed up for a 30 day trial and have loved every second of every class. The teachers are supportive, genuine, and knowledgeable. On days where you want to feel the burn I highly suggest Shawn's barefoot bootcamp, you will be sore. It is great for all levels because he can make modifications to make the class accessible, and make it harder for those crazy people out there haha. I also suggest any class with Celine, she emits such an amazing energy. I am still only on week three so I haven't been to every type of class yet but there is so much variety, you can't get bored!!! I loved trying aerial yoga, Pilates, and restorative yin with pamana (that's a must try for relaxation). I will be signing up for more! I also like the community at this gym. In others I find it hard to get to know people, here everyone is so friendly and outgoing. They have definitely started building a great community!!
