  • Home warranty company forwarded Ideal Plumbing to me to fix two toilets in my house that were constantly filling. I was told they were booked for the weekend which wasn't an issue. After speaking to the representative about my schedule on Monday, which I went into great detail about we decided it would be easiest to schedule on a Tuesday and I would be the last call because of my work and school schedule. I received a phone call on Monday from the plumber asking if I was home and that they were at my house.. I then called the company and told them I was not supposed to be scheduled until Tuesday. The representative began to tell me I was scheduled for Monday and she was booked on Tuesday. I told the representative nonetheless I was supposed to be the last call so it didn't make sense why I'd have someone at my house on a Monday and at 2pm, seeing as neither of those were correct. I was hung up on after explaining this and immediately spoke to Republic home warranty. This company is anything but Ideal, they are rude, unorganized, and unprofessional.
