Manicure:
Was good but I have had better, the application process that HOA uses is too lengthy, I've had the Asians over at the north end of town apply my acrylic in one shot instead of piecing it part by part causing for the nails to come out thick and having to file down the mess she applied. She is very friendly but I personally would really pay attention more to my craft of I was her.
Pedicure:
My (blind) mother received it by the African American gentleman and she was overly satisfied with his massage skills and cleaning up process... Only thing I wasn't satisfied was that he didn't touch the nails at completion to make sure there wasn't any uneven surfaces which there was on one of her big toes and then we had to have the front staff fix it because he had left the building. I doubt the staff who fixed the nail which did a good job is licensed since she's only the receptionist. They can lose their business license for this. Just a tip to the girls who own it, be-careful girls with having unlicensed staff working on people's nails.
Overall:
I was satisfied but the quality versus the price... Comparatively to their peers is not up to par... So they get 3 stars for having an unlicensed member work on customers and taking way too long to apply my acrylic. I really love that it's 24/7 though so props to them on this... I wouldn't visit this place unless I absolutely needed an emergency fix and it was after hours for their competitors.
