  • I came in to see the classic Chanel flap bags in person. At first I was walking around aimlessly trying to look for them and couldn't find them until a sales associate (Nadia) asked me if she could help. I didn't know that the classics are never on display and are usually hidden so you need to ask a sales associate to bring them out. Nadia was extremely sweet and helpful. She carefully explained the differences between the lamb skin and caviar leather. I initially set out to buy the lamb skin classic flap bag but after Nadia had explained how delicate and scratch prone the material is, I decided on the caviar. She was extremely patient and really helpful. She never rushed me to make a purchase and she understood how much an investment one purse is so she wanted to make sure I loved it. I chose the medium classic channel bag with her help. It's timeless and beautiful. I would definitely come back to this location. Ask for Nadia if you come here!
