  • I was at the Doctors right next door when I noticed this location had an optometrist. From start to finish I experienced some of the friendliest and customized service, often not received at hotels and fine restaurants. I arrived for my scheduled appointment a week early. Doh! No problem, they fit me in and everyone was super nice. Quick efficient service... Margaret at the front desk instantly remembered my name and had a number of personal touches that made me feel welcome. Both the optometrist and the gentleman who helped me select new glass frames were knowledgeable and seemed to really love their job. By far the best customer service I've here in Toronto! Good general location on Bay and College.
