  • Hi, so I have a nice Nissan Quest van I'm planning to sell and I thought I would get a nice wash, cleaning and wax at this place. It was my first time going there. The place seems very nice and the people were friendly. I left my car and let them take their time, I came back like an hour and a half later to find they said it was all set. Before I left I noticed the mirrors on the outside weren't cleaned at all. There was dirt in places clearly visible so much that it barely even looked washed. They didn't wipe the wax down very well in many places either, it was just very poorly cleaned. After driving to the store on my way home I noticed the inside of the trunk wasn't vacuumed at all - which I had made a point to explain I am hoping to sell the van and wanted to ensure they cleaned the inside which is why I paid for that. So unfortunately as much as I want to like this place, I will not be returning with my new car! It really looks like whoever owns these places needs to crack down on employee laziness, I get that it's a physical job but these people are slacking big time.
