  • I got a used car here 2 years ago and was sold the extended warranty for $50 extra a month for 72 months. I was told this would cover 60,000 miles or 6 years from the 47k miles that were on it. I was told I can turn in the car in a year or two and any unused amount of the warranty would be paid back to me or used as a down payment. I never had to use the extended warranty. I got a new car from a different dealership and turned in the paperwork to get my money back from this warranty. They told me the car had just over 60k miles and therefore is not refundable. I've reached out to 4 managers there including the sales GM and after 2 weeks no one will respond to me. Poor customer service and not even a response or apology for lying to a customer to squeeze an extra $3600 out of me. I do not recommend this dealership.
