  • This review is a little late, but I had such a great experience here! I initially came to Millennium, purely based off a Google search and online reviews, in mid January 2017 for a consult and met with Michelle. She was so friendly, answered ALL of my questions and made me feel at ease about it; this consult felt very relaxed and more like a conversation with a friend, which I thought was awesome. I was interested in removing a dark pigmented spot on my face(!!!) and she explained several options I had available, and was very open about realistic results, how often I'd have to get each procedure done, etc. I had a consult at another location but that first impression just stuck...so I came back the following week for an IPL photofacial. The results (after one session) were not dramatic or really noticeable...but that was a potential risk, and I felt okay with it because she was open with me about that from the get go. In any case, I can't speak for the other staff, but my experience with Michelle and the receptionist were fantastic.
