  • Patrick is pure awesomeness. He went above and beyond to get me the property i wanted. Being that i knew absolutely nothing when it came to buying or renting a house, he spit so much knowledge about the whole process that i not only landed the property i wanted but also walked away very well informed about the real estate market. Outside of literally holding my hand every single step of the way he made the whole process easy, effortless and even kind of fun. House hunting with him was like shopping at a mall with my best friend. He is down to earth, skips all the bullsht, tells you how it is and gets you what you want. Patrick is such a bottomless bucket of information and i definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a real straight shooter with a sense of humor that wants to buy, sell or rent a property!
