rev:text	They just came in to clean my ducts. There is now dust and dirt from the ducts flying all around my what WAS clean dusted and vaccumed house EVERYWHERE onto my furniture, bedding, food in the kitchen, walls, EVERYWHERE!!! They didn't block off the vents so as they "vaccumed" the dirt just rolled out of the open vents. They never opened the door to the air handler and gave some lame excuse for not cleaning in there. There inspection if you want to call it that was poking their head under the house and taking pictures. When I asked questions and complained about the dirt left behind in the vents and all floating over my house they did not respond. When I showed the leader the bathroom vent when they were done he claimed to have vacuumed that out and there was an inch of dirt and hair, REALLY? I had just checked it the day before and it wasn't there. ? They didn't "open" up any of the other vents, funny he said he opened and vacuumed out "That ONE"! It was all about the upsale immediately with these guys. Sealing, New jack stands etc. I called to speak to the Manager or Owner and all I got was the receptionist claiming to be a Manager. Her response was I'll let them know to cover the vents in the future. REALLY????? Well thats great for the next Customer IF THEY DO IT. But I wouldn't count on it! It's going to cost me more to clean up the unhealthy mess they left behind. I wouldn't trust this Company to do ANYTHING! It cost me $295 to have my house destroyed. And who knows what we are now breathing in You've been warned!
