  • We were moving to Phoenix's East Valley from across the country. I needed both an honest lay of the land and eyes and ears on the ground to find the right home for my family. I had several Realtor recommendations from friends in the area, but none of them were responsive to me because I was over 6 months away from actually moving. So, I turned to Yelp and I can tell you that John's great reviews are true. John and his team were always available and willing to help. Along with being very responsive, they were upfront about the risks and implications of certain decisions. When I found a unique home that met most of our requirements 5 months ahead of when we had planned, John and his team jumped into action. However, neither my wife nor I could visit the property from the east coast because we had a baby on the way in a few weeks. John, Justin, and Jeremy took video, measured rooms, and even took a co-worker of mine on a tour of the house to give me insight into what I was buying. They got all of my questions answered by the seller, scheduled inspections, and advocated for my family the entire time. Ultimately, everything went very smoothly. I never thought I would buy a home without ever setting foot in it. I don't think I could have done it without John Gluch and his team. When I was able to get out to Phoenix after we closed on the house, John's team helped me set up a tour of the property. It is beautiful and I feel great about the decisions that we made with John's help.
