I went here for he first time recently for a cleaning. The lady who cleaned my teeth was really nice and did a really good job. I felt very comfortable with her. However, I didn't have a good experience with the dentist.
The dentist was nice but wasn't really listening to what I was saying. I wanted to possibly replace a crown, address any problems they found in the X-rays, and that was it. She told me I had multiple cavities between my teeth but didn't show me a single X-ray. She then said I needed Invisalign. I like my smile, I just have a little crowding in my lower teeth. I told her I've had braces twice and I don't mind the crowding. She pushed for the Invisalign and also teeth whitening. I walked out with a list of work I 'needed' (more than $5,000 worth) and was pushed to make an appointment the next day to have impressions taken for the Invisalign.
I didn't go back because I was really intimidated. After talking to a family friend who is a dentist, I felt especially uncomfortable about having work ordered after I hadn't seen a single X-ray.
