  • Do not go here!!! I dropped off my car last week, for a one hour oil change at 11:00am, I asked if they could drive me to my house (which was 2 miles away), I waited 20 mins and then when they did drive me to my house, the courtesy van had a cracked windshield and no air conditioner when it was 100 degrees in Charlotte. I (sort of) appreciated the ride, but was told my car would be ready at 2:30, I was a little upset, but after their many of excuses of why it would take so long, I just agreed. My car was ready at 6pm, I was told that they couldn't pick me up, and I have to coordinate a ride there, and to top it off, my car leaked oil for three days. I had to go to Pineville Minekee to have them replace the oil Filter. If you want good service and good work, go to Minekee in Pinville, not GOOD YEAR!!!!
