I'm a huge fan of tapas and when I lived in California, visited my fair share of great tapas restaurants. Tapas is served family style and portions are small, which is why you usually end up ordering many dishes.
This place has to be a joke. I understand it's in the Cosmopolitan and that it's fancy, but I expected far better value for my money than what we got. The marinated chicken and carne asada are literally no more than 3 ounces a piece. The carne asada was no more than cheap skirt steak and the chicken was fatty and weird. We had the pasta paella because we couldn't wait the 45 minutes for the traditional paella.
Service felt really rushed and our server only came to our table twice - once to greet us and once to bring our check. They forgot our brussel sprouts, which was the only thing I was really looking forward to.
Seriously. Don't come here. I was expecting to pay plenty of money for dinner - and did - but was really annoyed that I had to grab a slice of pizza an hour later.
