  • Management here act like fascists. I have never worked here but they seem to treat the employees bad. Also: lack of knowledge in the paint department when some fill-in person comes over and doesn't have a clue how to mix paint properly. (the regular employees do a fine job--- its just that I don't know when the regulars will be on duty and when some substitute will be on duty over there). Most employees are ok but I have experienced an issue with employees pretending they don't see me when its clear I need some help finding a product. Its like murphy's law: when you don't need them, they're all over you; when you need them, they all seem to have vanished. this is not limited to HD-- this is a universal issue
