  • We went here today to see about getting a couch. The sales woman showed us items we weren't interested in despite giving description of our taste & style. After a while, she said she would come to our home and help design. After saying we lived an hour away, she said "no, I won't come that far." And my mom said that there was another location closer to us so the sales lady ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED AWAY! She never offered to give us a contact there or even say Thanks for stopping in. We went to Arhaus and spent a lot of money on new furniture without the rudeness and attitude. Absolutely terrible customer service and sales skills.
