  • Rip off and a money scam. I have a very negative review posted in Google reviews regarding Botox that was probably watered down as it did NOT last up to 4 months as mentioned by the nurse. I'm certainly not new to the cosmetic industry as I've been a repeat botox customer to several spas. They don't bother mending the issue I had with their botox, unless I were to pay for more units. I also notice when I try the online chat tool to ask for advertised specials for services offered in their heir emails, I'm ALWAYS told to book an appointment at a nearby location. I use that tool to get the price, and if I like it, I may go in for the special. But no, they will never give you the price online or over the phone. So I refuse to go in for any additional treatment. It's funny I receive their email specials but I still have to go in and speak to a rep so they can sell me on one of their tactics.
