  • Yep...cheap prices equates to terrible services...don't let them fool you...they MAY do a good job the first time to rope you in...but the next time you go in, they will skimp on the services. Staff have lack of communication and lack of respect for their clients busy schedules. If you want to sit and wait for your nail tech to get there late...then sit and wait more for them to set up...oh yeah...then sit and listen to them have a conversation with their friends in the hallway---then this IS the place for you. But if you want quality serviced done the first time at the time of your scheduled appointment and not a skimping of services, then go else where. Don't bother calling to complain to the owner if the services are not up to your expectations because she provides the same type of service...NONE! Don't buy groupons...or fall for their cheap "please pay cash" prices...unless you like throwing your hard earned dollars away.
