  • Bad bad bad service. Not ever going here again. The sign was out that said please wait to be seated. When the employee finally came out from the back, she offered us either of the two-tops that are right in the center and right under the very loud speaker. There were two open booths so we asked if we could sit at one. She said no, those are for three or more people. It's 7:30 on Friday night and you're going to save it for two different just-in-case parties? So we left and went down to Venezia's where we sat in a booth, ate good pizza and salad and enjoyed excellent customer service. Not only did your employee cost you the sale for tonight, she also got you this lovely review, and we are never coming back, not to mention the word-of-mouth damage that could go on any time we are talking about where to go eat. It's just a matter of time til you close the doors for good. Better management could solve these kinds of employee problems.
