  • [Changed Review] I LOVE Dr. Cruz. She knows what she is doing and has never steered us wrong. I had forgotten she still works here, and she is well worth the wait. I still advise being a walk-in if you're in a rush, but again, she is worth the wait, and now they don't take walk-ins after a certain time. I WISH I could give the doctor herself a better rating, but the establishment itself still needs some work, and Yelp wants to review the business not individuals. Again, Dr. Cruz is the best! [Original Review] We live nearby and come to this doctor often for my brother. We have waited almost an hour for our SCHEDULED early morning appointment and STILL waiting. There's almost no one here, yet they've taken walk-ins before us. The staff seems like they just mess around and are disorganized. Ineffective diagnosis, as this is the third time we have had to come in for the SAME reason as before. They let small children run amok and seemingly encourage it. If we could, we would go anywhere but here.
