  • We recently decided to refinance our home. We needed a better interest rate, and of course - some extra funding to take care of landscaping our backyard. We applied to a few places for quotes online, one of which was Quicken Loans. Within a day or two, we were contacted by Brian, the owner of Raintree Mortgage Service. He was prompt, friendly, thorough and answered all our questions. We were in somewhat of a hurry to close and he assured us we could close in 30 days or less. To complicate the matter, we were in the middle of deciding whether or not we wanted to have solar panels installed. This delayed our process a bit. Long story short though, Brian was there every step of the way, and we closed in 30 days or less! At the end, a mobile notary came to our house to sign the closing docs. It was a great experience for us and we would definitely recommend Raintree to anyone looking for an exceptional Broker.
