  • Camden Del Mar: the facade of luxury and security. Since we moved here there have been nothing but dissappointments. There are tons of break ins as the security here is basically non-existent. That guard house by the gates is full of cardboard boxes and the property is not patrolled. We have made numerous complaints about noisy neighbors (after quiet hours) and management never does anything about it. They also jack your rent up when you renew you lease so they obviously just want your money and don't care about loyalty or retaining residents. Then we have the dog park which was installed adjacent to our apartment without and notice from mamagement. It isn't maintained well at all so it smells like dog pee and poop constantly, not to mention the dogs barking constantly. We will be breaking out lease and moving ASAP. I've never dealt with a more frustrating management in my life, never again will I rent from a Camden property. Shout out to the maintenance guys though, they are awesome! Very prompt with their repairs and super friendly.
