  • Well, seems like I'm just repeating everyone's comments below on what POS this company is. A printer part I ordered for work was supposed to be delivered JANUARY 6. I emailed them on the 12th saying that my package never came. No response. I called and was on hold for almost 5 minutes before being offered a callback on January 14. I put in my callback number and almost an hour later received a call back. I told the lady that my office is open from 845-after 5 pm and that there is no way the driver could have come TWICE after 9:00 a.m. and the office was closed. No doortag, no nothing. (even though he said he left one on the notes). The lady finally tells me that the package will be delivered the next morning. It did show up. The driver didn't say anything, didn't have me sign for anything or even ask a name. Whatever, I got my package. Oh wait....I got an email back today, January 16 (4 days later) and was told that my package was delivered on January 15 (no shit) to Susi. THERE ISN'T EVEN A FUCKING SUSI IN THIS OFFICE!! THE FUCKING GUY DIDN'T EVEN ASK A NAME! What a fucking joke this place is. I called the company that shipped the product to tell them about my issue w/Ontrac just so they're aware that they're horrible. Check out these delivery attempts....I honestly think it'd still be "held in warehouse" if I didn't call.
