This review is strictly based on customer service and apparently a policy that does not make any sense.
This morning I called to make a Groupon Appointment for my wife which is (prepaid).
After the receptionist took the appropriate information she wanted a "credit card" to secure
the appointment. When I explained I felt uncomfortable doing that after being a victim
of identity theft she said that would be ok and we would be treated as a walk-in.
What she failed to mention is now your appointment time is "not guaranteed" and
the next so called appointment is 1hr 45 minutes later.
I find this hard to believe as the technician said I can see you in 5 minutes.
This type of customer service is not acceptable to me and I hope other people
see this scathing review.
