Bought a voucher on Amazon a couple weeks ago thinking it would be a good deal. Wrong. I was told there were 95 vehicles ahead of me and the washes are being done by location of the city maximize efficiency but it would be about a week-week and a half out before they could get to my car. A couple of days I could understand but over a week is ridiculous. The other problem is I'm in different parts of the valley different parts of the week. So what, hopefully I'm in the right part of town when it's my car's turn?. I asked if I could get a refund and was told yes but its not recomended because my car is going to get dirty again. Which is true but when you have wait that long it's outrageous. The guy said he was sorry he is overwhelmed with work right now. What did he expect to happen when he put up the amazon voucher without limiting the number to a manageable amount. That's not good business in my opinion.
