  • I called this salon and they sent me to their sister salon on Mt Royal and it was the worst salon experience I have had. I set up an appointment for color/cut and during the color, she wrapped too tight and really pulled hard at my hair. It took well over an hour for a foiling that usually takes about 30 mins max. During the rinse, she told me my cut wasn't scheduled for another hour, so they would offer me a hair treatment. I finally just cancelled the cut because I didn't feel like spending almost 4 hours at the salon and asked to go straight to the blow dry. It was the worst blow dry I've ever seen. I wish I had just done it myself because I had to go out afterwards and looked like I was in a windstorm. End result = bad color, she damaged my hair, and had to pay a lot for it. Not sure about this one on St. Denis, but since this one referred me to their Aveda on Mt Royal and there is no listing for them... writing it here.
