  • Our airport is clean, friendly and convenient. that being said, I totally hate coming home from vacation and having to wait forever for our bags. We have been all over the world and even when we visit NYC, notorious for slow, union-time services (because union workers need a 15 minute break every 5 minutes) Sky Harbor ranks as one of the slowest airports to retrieve your bags. All that being said, if you are coming to Phoenix, not much of a choice.
