  • Leonard Sominsky was eager to assist us with our chapter 13 but once his office filed the initial paperwork we never got return calls, we could never get anyone in his office to answer the phone and there was never any follow through. We have ended up working with the court appointed bankruptcy trustee since our initial encounter. We have had to refile many items that were originally given to Mr. Siminsky. We would never, ever recommend this firm to anyone. NOT even my worst enemy! Being in a financial position were you have to even consider filling bankruptcy is stressful enough but when you make the decision to put your trust and faith in an attorney to help and educate you on the ins and outs of bankrupcy and then you have an experience like this completely compounds this situation! Mr. Siminsky is why attorneys get a bad rap! Do not trust your financial future to this man!
