  • I've lived here for over three years now. It is under new management whom are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It's gated and the grounds are very well kept. Typical work orders are completed in a couple of days, emergencies (heating cooling water) that same day. Location wise everything my three year old daughter and I need is in a 5 mile radius (daycare, groceries, overnight Peds clinic, mall dining movies and of course target lol!). As long as I'm here in AZ I'll continue to live here!
