| - This is probably one of the most disappointing experience I ever had at Starbucks.
I ordered a drink at Starbucks on a Friday evening. The cashier was very friendly and helped me fulfil my order. The barista on the other hand, not so much. She seem to be very occupied to talk to her " regular" customers and not paying attention to other customers. When I received my order, she just called my name and my order. No smile. No thank you. No nothing. Literally "just take the order and go " attitude. WOW. Well, madame I'm very sorry to interrupt your conversation with your "regular" customer.
The store was beyond messy, like filthy. There were garbage everywhere on the floor. I understand your store could get busy...if they have a time to chat, maybe find some time to clean? Honestly, when we arrived the store wasn't too busy ( 5 customers in line) , they can spare somebody to clean. Also, right before we left, I could hear the same barista complaining making " happy hour frapp", I'm not sure if she's joking or not but keep it professional, my friend. If you really don't want to make "frapp" for customers maybe you shouldn't work there ?! Go find another job ?
I'm certain I'll NOT be returning to THIS location. There are other coffee shops around that area so I don't think I'll be missing much. Besides, I don't think they really care about their customers anyways. Ok byeeeeee! ^^
