Going in about 2 days before Christmas, I planned ahead to go in super early. Had to drop off my defective iPhone that was replaced by T-Mobile.
There was only 1 other patron ahead of me, and the rep was beside him in front of the check-out counter. Thought that was quite personable. What I found extremely impressive was that she didn't seem like she was a native Spanish speaker because she was mixing English within her interaction, but she was doing her best to help the patron out. Now that is someone I would call intelligent with more than good customer service skills.
When she found free time to help me, she made it a nice and quick interaction, which I also appreciated since I had to make it to work on time.
