  • If I could give minus stars I would. I should have listened when my insurance company told me they were not a preferred provider and recommended I go with another company after the customer service representative at King assured me they were. I naively trusted them with my vehicle and after returning my windshield was shoddily repaired- my sunglass visor was left hanging down and broken. No note, no phone call, no email- just an invoice stuffed between the seat and the gear shift and the broken holder section on the passenger floorboard. I don't know why the tech messed with it or of he was trying to place the invoice inside, but it was perfectly fine before. Of course I called immediately and took pictures and they stated they would have someone out to repair it the next day. I explained multiple times this was a piece specific to me vehicle, and asked how they would repair it and I was assured multiple times they would. I asked to have a manager or one call me first thing in the morning to confirm. I spoke with the manager who asked me to email pictures so I did, and she said she would have someone call me. Spoke with one of the owners who stated he looked at the pictures and he doesn't believe they caused the damage and refused to fix it and told me to call my insurance. Really?!! I couldn't even drive the vehicle with the visor hanging down blocking my rear view so I had to hold it up with one hand, and then had to tape it up so it would stay. So very disappointing that they are so dishonest and have such little integrity. Luckily my insurance company sent an inspector out the day before and saw there was no damage. In addition, if it had previously been broken it would've been noted on the damage inspection done by King especially when "dark stains on the headliner" was listed. Save yourself the pain and frustration of dealing with a disreputable company and have your windshield repaired by someone else. *WOW- this owner's response is unbelievable and utterly dishonest. You only offered to replace the part that was broken by your tech AFTER my insurance company contacted you and ONLY with the stipulation that I remove my negative review. I refused to do so based on principal and integrity of which you clearly have none.* STAY AWAY from this business!
