  • I am a current resident and I was fooled that Vantage is a luxury building. Our unit has had nothing but problems since we moved in. It looks well done at 1st but it was all done on a dime. What you will not be told is that this property stood half built for at least 5 years. Once the property was bought later it should have been knocked down and rebuilt from the ground up. The building has major issues such as fire hazard and security, the management company is Pinnacle and they could care less about taking care of the problems and barely give the tenants any attention. An overall complaint from all tenants is that the AC can not keep up and cool the units. As you are aware when it reaches 110 in the Summer you want your home cool, well that will not happen at the Vantage. While the common areas may be much cooler then the bedrooms, it's very often I can not even sleep as the bedrooms are so hot. The Vantage has the word LUXURY written on everything and I CAN PROMISE YOU THIS IS NOT A LUXURY PROPERTY! I worn you strongly before signing a lease here, this will be a second job for you.
