  • My 4th Christmas here at the park and have some old friends moving in today. It took them just over a year on a 2 bedroom waiting list for a downstairs apartment. They scored with a huge private patio with one of the nicest orchid trees on the property. The money they are saving from moving down the street will add such value to their life. Their bondage from huge corporate pet rent, annual rate hikes and high queued maintenance requests are over. Today they join W.R. Schulz's Forrest Park one of the most reputable apartment companies in Phoenix. In 1978 William R Schulz ran for Governor against some very powerful and connected Democratic candidates. Too bad a fella this kind didn't win. Thank you Bill and thank you to the Schulz family for keeping this property just like he intended. Oh and I completely forgot about the $300 rent credit for referring my friends. It just gets better and better.
