| - Wow! I haven't written a review for North Mountain yet? I love this place!
Impressions: On entry you come in off a lot which shares it's space with a few other businesses. One may not expect the beauty within from the exterior without.
Once you enter through the double doors, you see a window which shows you the fermenting towers they are using to brew the delicious beers they serve. You take a turn to the right, and see a high vaulted dining room with a bar directly to your left. Several long tables adorn the center, with a few smaller tables to either side. To the back are garage style doors which exit into a patio.
Food and Drink: The food is great here! I am slightly upset that they got rid of their Sausage platter, however I would suggest the wings any day of the week. Order the house hot though, not the franks hot, those you can get anywhere.
As far as beer, I recommend you find out which one you like for yourself. They serve flights, so you can try several at one setting without killing your ability to function safely later. My favorites are usually their nut browns.
Service: Service is good here. There have been a few occasions where I've had to wait a few minutes before they came to my table, however this place is almost always busy. I've never had a bad time, and often times if there's an issue, the employees fix it very quickly.
As it says in the starting sentence, I love this place. It's delicious, owned by dog lovers, and is just a shot down from my favorite bar in town. If you haven't tried this place, I would tell you, you are missing out.
