Horrible customer service.
Was looking through Boxing Week Sale Flyers and saw that Best Buy had a Sony laptop (that I've been looking at) on sale for $200 off....so I waited a few days (sale was until Jan 2, 2014). Went in on Dec. 29 to buy.
Went into the store, found the model on display....found a sales rep. who then told me the item was "out of stock". I asked when they would be getting them or if another Best Buy had them in stock....he looked at me and said "you can go-on-line and find this out yourself. Do you see how busy it is here....you can check this yourself" and then walked away.
I immediately left the store and went and bought the same product (for the same price) at Future Shop (Yonge and Carrville).
I know these two companies are owned by the same parent company, but the level of service between the two is night and day.
Due to this recent experience, I will never step foot in this particular Best Buy again.
