  • I'm just shocked by the audacity of the office. I've spoke to the office wanting to terminate my lease 2 months prior to the ending of my lease and Natasha explained that I couldn't cancel my lease without having my Ex husband (who has been out of the country and unable to get ahold of) sign. She explained my only option is to wait till my lease ends in two months. Today 3/8/18 they told me even though my lease is finished on 4/4/18 I can't leave until 60 days after both, my ex and I sign to terminate. I don't understand how Natasha could falsify information just to keep me staying longer. If you don't have the answer, check with someone who knows!!! After speaking with Stephanie "manager", she gave phone numbers to Resident Services who don't answer the phone!! I lived in Aspire in a previous apartment a year before and didn't sign any termination paperwork when my lease was already finished. The apartment complex is nice but anytime you have to deal with the office it's a complete nightmare.
