  • Have had horrible experience with them throughout the years. Had an HP laptop with Geek squad Guarantee that was never honored despite the computer showing the " blue screen of death" at home, in store, at home after repair, at store again, and the history goes on. They just refused to replace the faulty part or the laptop despite all the evidence. Their phone line is never answered and as I am writing this, I called 23 times for information regarding an order I made and I received no response whatsoever. Why have a phone if you're never going to answer it anyways? I would recommend browsing in the store for an idea and then just shopping online or price matching at the store if you have to. Otherwise, their prices are nowhere near competitive ( especially after the shutdown of Future Shop)
