I wasn't impressed with the front office staff or Dr. Wallace. I tried really hard to like the front office staff and give Dr. Wallace multiple chances to make me change my mind about her, but that didn't happen.
I felt the front office staff weren't on top of their job duties. I also felt that there was a lack of communication between doctors and front office staff.
Dr. Wallace might be a great doctor for patients that don't have medical conditions/issues/ect but she definitely doesn't do well with patients that do. I felt most of the time I had to ask her to tell me things that I felt she should have been telling me. Some issues my son was having should have told her when I first starting talking about it that he needed to see a specialist.
