This is a great place to shop for your gown and accessories, and for alterations. I went and tried on high end designer gowns which I loved at several retailers, but did not feel comfortable with spending $4000-$5000 for one day. I also was not happy with the quality of the dresses at lower priced retailers. So Almond Tree was a good choice for me. I could still shop for high end designer dresses but at resale prices. My only reason to not give 5 stars is that their prices do not include a cleaning which is $100 more, and many of the dresses whether used before or just tried on have make up stains near the neckline and/or dirt stains on the train. The dresses are non- refundable so if the stains do not come out, you just wasted $1250. Therefore, there were several dresses I would've tried on but rejected for fear the stains would not come out. I limited my selection to only gowns that I found to be near spotless. I think they should honor your return if after cleaning the stains are not removed, or at least give you a store credit to purchase a clean dress.
Emma the seamstress is a very special lady and I give her work 5 stars. She custom made a beautiful veil which I purchased and sewed the hem and took in the dress with excellence and perfection. She also is a sweet person and makes effort to get to know all the brides she helps.
I would recommend checking out this shop. The location is also very nice.
